Refund Policy

Fit Underdog Athletics offers a 90-day refund policy from the date of purchase on digital programs. In order to protect ourselves from abuse we reserve the right to refuse refunds to people that we deem to be ‘serial refunders’. Those include people that have received one or more refunds in the past. If you have received a refund in the past you are not eligible for refunds on future courses without express, written permission in advance from Fit Underdog Athletics.

To avail of the 90-day money-back guarantee, customers must send the following to support@fitunderdog.com with the subject “OrderNumber-FirstName-LastName-REFUND” (sample is 1234-Juan-DelaCruz-REFUND):

  1. Proof of payment. This may be your invoice or the email containing your order.
  2. Proof that you followed the blueprint step-by-step including but not limited to videos, photos, tracking logs from food, tracking logs from workouts. A minimum of 45 days’ worth of proof is required in order to be eligible for the refund.
  3. Proof that despite following and applying the blueprint step-by-step, you did not get the desired results.

Please note that returns for credit and debit card transactions are issued within two (2) business days, however it may take up to five (5) for the credit to post to your credit card or bank account. If you are mistakenly sent a different product than what you ordered, or if the product is defective upon receipt, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.

We may make special offers on our Website, via telephone, email or otherwise. If there is a variation or conflict between the terms of the special offer and these Terms, these Terms will apply and take priority unless the modification specifically references these Terms.

To request a refund or exchange, contact Customer Service at support@fitunderdog.com during regular business hours. Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole and absolute discretion.
